I was working in the department of metering, upgrading their capacity in reference to enabling technologies and automated response. I was working closely with new markets as they evolve and assure compatibility on the technology side. I was also responsible for the measurement and verification aspect of the ACE meters demand response portfolio, and oversee all technology deployments to assure their success. .
I was responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the systems used in the Property Registry of the Dominican Republic, managing legacy systems applications and cutting-edge technology projects such as: Requirements Management, Server Administration, Database Administration, SQL Server 2008, Reporting Services, schedule replication between different localities, support systems developed in different languages such as VB6, .Net 2005, VS 2008, C #.
I supported the operation and safety of information systems that averaged more than 500 users throughout the Dominican Republic by monitoring the performance and service quality of all sites subscribed to headquarters in Santo Domingo, based by Database administration using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and 2008 offering connectivity and application support to domestic users under Citrix Meta frame platform.
